Notes on the FreeGeek Trac instance
Stuff to note
- We now have a [browser source code views and version control system] for any code-related projects we might want to engage in.
- There's a tagging system that can tag tickets (via the "keywords" field) and wiki pages.
- The [timeline timeline view is quite handy].
Stuff that doesn't work quite right
- Blogging is enabled but unstyled.
- The home page is likely to be hard to edit.
- There's no public access to the Mercurial repository that stores the FreeGeek scripts, which means no one but David Eads can currently contribute to it.
- Bidirectional email support is not yet working.
- "Forgot password" link may not work with all email services.
