- Camera appeal was successful. Is this a model we can apply to other equipment needs?
- Paypal and eBay are set up.

- Dropbox: DavE likes, Janet is uncertain.
- SIMS run as soon as weather permits
Small teams proposal (old item)
There was general agreement that it's a good idea. The lengthy discussion foundered on the possible need to amend the bylaws.

Laptop buying (old item)
Nobody at the meeting was enthused.
- We're waay too small for wholesale qtys.
- Margins are insanely tight.
- It would tie up money we don't have.
- RESULT: no proposal, no vote
Instructional videos (old item)
There was much enthusiasm and discussion.
- Susan: spoke with a vol who shot today

- Janet: we have a camera, now
- Bob R: I'm getting one. too
- Paul: I have pro video experience
- Ben: sounds like a small team
- Sam: Get 'em all together
- Aaron: Do they have to know the material?
- Ben: No, write a script.
- Scott: Let's have a small team proposal (with goals and an endpoint)

- with reports every CC meeting
- Paul: I'll lead!

Laptop refurbishing proposal (old item)
Earlier, Ben had proposed a short-term laptop residency. Staff approved.

- PROPOSAL: Ben for laptop residency for 6 weeks at $15/hr.
