•  CPU Speed from tech-faq.com. This very short article is about CPU speed, how it's measured, and what it does and doesn't mean in terms of your computer's real speed.
•  'Performance'' subsection of ''Computer Architecture' from wikipedia.org. A little more in-depth discussion of clock speed and other factors that influence a computer's overall performance.
