Open regular hours except for Friday and Sunday after Thanksgiving. Sunday after Thanksgiving will be cleaning/ maintenance/ sales for holiday walk-in
Next community council meeting will be in 3 weeks, 12/6/09

- Criteria for Supervolunteer Status
Taylor: Was it:
*have completed 40 hrs. *1/2 Commie Council meetings *30 volunteer hours quarterly
Casanova: Should there be eligibility requirements specifically relating to your technical proficiencies
Jeremy's Proposal:
*After 40 hrs. *30 hours a quarter *3 meetings a quarter
Jeremy: Staff ratification of supervolunteers?
Votes for: 7 Votes against: 0 Abstention: 3
Quorum of 3 supervolunteers to have a Commie Council meeting. Staff will assess eligibility quarterly, all who have 40 hours are now Supervolunteers.
Mid-Feb. first assessment
- Cleaning the Laptop Room
DE: Cleaning is a general issue, laptop room is abysmal. We gotta keep it under control.
Jeremy volunteers to clean next Sunday...
DE: We'll clean at the cleaning/ Holiday Sales day.
Taylor: staff, Ben, Axel, Malcolm are the only people with access to that room
Jeremy: That's the fifth station... A Staff/ Supervolunteer will be in charge of that room.

- Laptop Pricing
8 Thinkpad laptops.
Dave N.: Market price with a bit of a discount, Taylor thought it was high.
Staff will price the thinkpads at their discretion. At the next meeting, we will come up with a way of pricing used stuff, based on a standard percentage discount from what an item sells for used on the 'bay.
